Mississippi Muse: Invasive Plants & Cattail Basket
The Mississippi Muse series explores different aspects of the Mississippi River through a scientific and creative lens. In June, deepen your understanding of the importance of the plants along the river way and the impact of invasive plants on this ecosystem. Investigate these impacts firsthand, then collect some of overabundant cattails to weave into a small basket and decorate it using buckthorn ink. $20/person.
