River Rock Art
Let rocks inspire your art and learn about them while you’re at it. Look for rocks along the banks of the Mississippi River (you can bring your own, too). You can use our lapidary equipment to cut rocks, use special bits in our rotary tools to etch or carve rocks and then paint them. Turn rocks into jewelry with wire or use them as “paint” to make ephemeral art. Your imagination is the limit! $6/person.

We do not host events ourselves; instead, we serve as a central hub for river-focused activities happening across the Twin Cities throughout 2026.
