A free, family festival celebrating our clean lakes provides an opportunity for outdoor hands-on learning about clean water, wildlife, and land and water conservation.  

The Mississippi River has been threatened with a deadly poison by an evil villain, the Denatureizer, and only you can save it! Complete puzzles and challenges about rocks, stars and the river itself to thwart these destructive plans while enjoying the outdoors.

Float down the Mississippi and explore the natural shoreline. Discover birds, minnows, mussels and more! Beginners are welcome. Participants will paddle and do some lifting with the team while guided by experienced naturalists. Safety equipment and shuttle provided. $35/person.
